Privacy Policy

1. Information stored on your device

The game saves your chosen nickname, settings, coin balance, camo unlocks and selected weapon appearances on your device. These preferences support game features and remember your choices. Creating a separate game account is not required.

2. Online multiplayer

We use Photon Cloud, provided by Exit Games, to connect players. When you play online, the service processes your IP address and a player identifier to route connections. Your nickname, room information, gameplay actions and messages sent in a room are transmitted through the multiplayer service and can be visible to other players in that room.

Do not put personal or sensitive information in your nickname or chat messages. Other players may copy information you share with them. Read Photon’s data protection information and privacy policy.

3. Advertising

The game uses CAS.AI and its advertising partners to show interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Their SDKs may process advertising and device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and operating-system information, ad interactions and diagnostic information. These data support ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, ad personalization.

Data handling depends on the network serving an ad, your region, device settings and consent choices. Advertising providers may receive information directly from their SDKs. See the CAS.AI privacy policy for its practices and third-party disclosures. Completing an eligible rewarded video grants virtual coins within the game.

4. Your choices and support requests

If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. We use these to respond to your question or privacy request. Please share only information needed to handle your request.

Where required, the advertising consent flow asks for your choices before relevant advertising processing. You can also use Android privacy settings to manage your advertising identifier and available ad controls. Limiting personalization does not necessarily remove advertising.

You can clear the game’s local data through Android app settings. This removes locally saved progress and preferences; it does not automatically delete information independently retained by advertising or multiplayer providers.

5. Retention and deletion

Local game preferences remain until you clear app data or otherwise remove them from the device. Multiplayer data are processed to provide online sessions. Provider-side logs and advertising records are retained under the respective providers’ policies and operational or legal requirements.

Privacy requests can include access, correction or deletion where applicable. A request may require information sufficient to identify the relevant data; please do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive documents. Send your request to darksidegames.developers@gmail.com, identifying the game and the request.

6. Security and international processing

The game uses third-party advertising and multiplayer infrastructure; their security and data-transfer practices are described in the policies linked above. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries different from yours, under their applicable data-protection arrangements.

7. Audience

Playmod Sandbox 3D is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the game, contact the developer so the situation can be investigated.

8. This page and policy updates

This policy page does not include advertising, analytics scripts or submission forms. Its hosting provider may process basic connection information to deliver and secure the page. We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
